Preferred Skills/Experience:
1 year recent pharmacy experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Unit Details:
Patient population includes adults ages 18 and older, including geriatric patients ages 65 and older.
Provides pharmacy support across all departments.
Pharmacokinetic dosing service includes interpreting drug levels and modifying doses.
Compounds and dispenses medications, including IV preparations, using aseptic technique.
Capable of entering a minimum of 40 orders per four-hour shift.
Shift & Scheduling:
Shifts will be 5x8hr shifts including weekends.
