Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests:
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
- Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details:
- Patient ratios are 1:20 on day/evening shifts and 1:40 on night shifts.
- Uses Matrix.
- Patient population includes general long-term care and some short-term care.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Shift may be 8s or 12s.
- Flexible contract hours: 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts.
- Every other weekend coverage is required.
- Holiday coverage is required for half of the holidays.
- Overtime availability is variable.
- Work week runs Sunday through Saturday.
- No on-call or call-back shifts are available.
