Travel Allied (Cath Lab / Interventional Technologist) - Cardiac Cath Lab

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Two (2) years of experience in Cardiology/Cath Lab is preferred.

Required Credentials:

• Fluoroscopy Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Credentials:

• Associate’s degree preferred.

Unit Details:

• Provides technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Assists with radiological imaging of cardiac and vascular procedures, acts as scrub assistant, and maintains sterile conditions during procedures.
• Operates imaging equipment and works in the control room monitoring and documenting procedure images and events.
• Provides patient care under RN supervision and educates patients and families on pre- and post-procedure expectations.
