Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Two years of previous PT experience preferred.

Required Credentials:

• Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance required.

Unit Details:

• Home-based evaluation and rehabilitation, including management and supervision of patient care and patient and family education.
• Establishes care plans in the home, provides direct patient care based on physician orders, re-evaluates patient status, documents skilled services, and oversees Physical Therapist Assistant services when applicable.
• Coverage areas include Missoula, Hamilton, Stevensville, Ronan, and Polson.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Rotating on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage.
