Required Skills/Experience: Experience working with trachs. Unit Details: Pulmonary stepdown unit. Patient ratios: 1:3-4 step down, 1:4-6 med surg. Uses lifts; common care includes trachs, trach care, chest tubes, cardiac drips, and stable vented patients. Shift & Scheduling: 6 Saturday or Sunday shifts in a 6 week period. Floating Requirements: Floating to other med surg and progressive care units.
