Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
ICU experience with central lines and arterial lines required.
Titration of vasopressors required.
Management of patients with cardiac monitoring and ventilators required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Oncology experience preferred.
CRRT experience with NxStage preferred.
Unit Details:
The unit provides adult medical oncology ICU/IMC and acute oncology care.
Patient population includes adults receiving bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy, with hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
Patients include critically ill adults with solid and hematologic malignancies, bone marrow failure, and other hematologic processes.
Unit equipment includes Alaris pumps and NxStage for CRRT.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
Holidays are as needed by the unit.
No call.
