Required Skills/Experience:
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Rehabilitation experience including documentation and GG scoring is preferred.
Unit Details:
The unit serves adult and geriatric patients, including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputation, and traumatic brain injury populations.
The unit uses Omnicell.
Shift & Scheduling:
Day shifts are 7a – 7 p.
Every other weekend; weekend days are Sat/Sun, and weekend nights are Fri/Sat.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
Occasional floating to Med/Surg as needed by the hospital.
