Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic or cardiovascular technology. Registered as ARRT-R with VI or CV credential, or RCIS.
Unit Details: Assists with advanced procedures such as pulmonary thrombectomy, AAA, TEVAR, and FEVAR. Circulates, monitors, and scrubs interventional vascular procedures. Uses specialty devices such as laser, Penumbra, Inari, and Shockwave. Works with x-ray systems including panning table and angle recognition. Manages access sites including sheath removal, hematoma assessment, and hematoma management. May precept new staff and students.
Shift & Scheduling: On-call includes weekends and holidays.
