Preferred Skills/Experience: Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Children's hospital experience preferred.
Preferred Credentials: BSN preferred.
Unit Details: Cares for children of all ages from premature neonates to adults with pediatric care needs. Includes PICU, CVICU, NICU, and MOSU. PICU includes level 1 trauma, liver transplants, and kidney transplants. CVICU includes cardiac transplants and cardiac defects. Includes a level IV NICU.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Minimum of 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays every 6-week schedule.
Floating Requirements: Float daily based on need to PICU, CVICU, and NICU at Thomas and MOSU at Arrowhead. May cross-division float to acute care if needed. Will not float to ED or inpatient psychiatry. First to float within shift if needs adjust.
This assignment will float between our Main and Arrowhead Locations:

- Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308
