Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Should be familiar with Alaris Infusion Pumps and CADD Ambulatory Pumps.
Required Credentials:
- Must be oncology certified (ONCC or ONS).
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests:
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details:
- Performs 6 Infusions plus 1-2 port draws daily.
- Adult and geriatric Heme/Onc patient population.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Possible shifts: 7:45-1615, 8-1630, 8:30-1700, 9-1730, 930-1800.
- Weekends not required.
- Call not required.
