Additional Details:
Required Credentials: ESI required. Moderate Sedation course required.
Special Requests: In addition to a valid driver's license, you must include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name, match the address on your driver's license, and be issued within the last 3 months. Accepted documents: cell phone bill; electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi‑Fi bill; mortgage statement or lease agreement. No other documents will be accepted. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Ratios: Days 2.5, nights 2.5, weekends 1:5.
Shift & Scheduling: Rotating on-call and rotating weekend call. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Floating within scope to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities.
Required Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience Basic Dysrhythmia
