Special Requests: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. $500 backout/quit fee is assessed when 2 week's notice is not given.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday. No call.
