Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests:
Current/previous employees must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Former Sanford Health employees must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
Unit Details:
Provides speech, language, cognitive and swallowing evaluations and treatment for pediatric outpatient care.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday; no weekends.
Floating Requirements:
Primarily inpatient, with some outpatient floating.
