References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers accepted (must have OASAIS E exp). Skills: OASIS, Home Health, HCHB, Pointcare EMR.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Geriatrics, Orthopedics, Adaptive Devices, Assistive Devices, Body Mechanics, Pain assessment, Skin integrity, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Assessment (Documentation), Gait belt, Hoyer lift, Home Exercise Program, Patient family education.

Required Credentials: ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

Special Requests: No RTO is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment. RTO must be included at the time of submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.

Floating Requirements: Float to cover another zip code may be requested as needed.

For DC locations – You must have DC license in hand, but certain units accept pending (See JD). MedStar will usually accept a later booking date if you have applied for DC licensure.

For MD Locations – You must have compact license or MD license.
