Required Skills/Experience:
• Must have delivery room experience (ie, receiving babies).
• Must have previous MedSurg experience since they do end up taking patients on occasion.
Shift & Scheduling: OB doesn’t have call that they get called back in for, it is just a routine scheduled shift like their other departments.
Floating Requirements: If census is low, hcp will be floated to MedSurg.
