Travel Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Clinic

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail, elderly, or long-term care population.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of one year home care experience preferred.
• Minimum of one-year wound care experience preferred.

Required Credentials:

• RN–Nursing Diploma or Degree from accredited School of Nursing or University.

Preferred Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in science of nursing preferred.

Unit Details:

• Clinic and home-based direct care for participants.
• Triages emergent situations and monitors acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with primary care providers.
• Regular home visits; wound care, lab draws, nurse assessments, treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed.
• Uses TruChart.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri from 8:00 - 4:30
• May work beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays, as necessary.
• Flexible contract hours: 40 per week.
