Required Skills/Experience:
2+ years of outpatient OB/GYN experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Women's health telephone triage and L&D experience preferred.
Unit Details:
Nurses Only - BMC does not have telemetry technicians.
Role includes nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and coordination of care for patients and their families.
The clinic sees an average of 305 patients daily, with about 75% requiring RN support.
Services include antenatal care, a gynecological procedure unit, gynecologic specialty care including oncology, reproductive endocrinology and gynecology, prenatal care including maternal-fetal medicine, and general gynecology.
Across these services, around 350-400 patients are scheduled daily, and the work is supported by the RN team.
Shift & Scheduling:
Variable shifts: 730a-5p and 8:30a-530p; no weekends, no holidays, or call.
