Travel Nurse (RN) - Nurse Management

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Prior leadership experience as a Nursing Executive Director, Nursing Home Administrator, or Community Manager.
• Experience in the area of oversight.

Required Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

Preferred Credentials:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution (degree will be verified) must be obtained within 4 years of hire.

Unit Details:

• Provides leadership and operational direction to the Residential Living component, which includes long-term care, skilled nursing, and short-term transitional care.
• Duties are typically distributed as 20% tactical (staffing, equipment, employee relations), 50% operational (budget management, supply acquisition, process improvement, performance evaluations), and 30% strategic (developing goals and holding employees accountable).
• Works with the Chief Nursing Officer and other leadership to support patient care, financial goals, and leadership development.
• Will have direct reports and must be able to work the floor as needed.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri schedule with some flexibility in start and end times.
• On-call/after-hour coverage required.
