Additional Details:
Required Credentials: RNs with a degree obtained outside the U.S. who do not hold an MO, IL, or compact license require an extended licensing and compliance timeframe.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Cardiac PCU experience preferred.
Special Requests: No local candidates accepted within 75 miles. No medical marijuana cards accepted. Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring, including pre- and post-cardiac catheterization patients, pacemaker patients, 24-hour observation patients to rule out MI, patients with chest pain, shortness of breath, COPD, DM, HTN, and renal failure. Cares for patients after transfer out of ICU, post-CVA patients after 24 hours in ICU who may have received TPA, and occasional medical or surgical overflow patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. On-call required. RTO: No more than 7 days. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Floating Requirements: Will float within scope to meet facility needs.
