Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Required Credentials:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; passing score of at least 80%, with only two attempts permitted; update every 3 years.
Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; covers HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; completed within one year of start, updated every 3 years, with a minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark and only two attempts allowed.
Preferred Credentials:
EKG exam preferred.
Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Telemetry unit.
