Required Skills/Experience:
Care of hemodynamically unstable patient.
Care of mechanically ventilated patient.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Pupillometer experience is preferred.
EVD experience is preferred.
ICP waveform management experience is preferred.
CRRT experience is preferred.
Special Requests:
No travel pairs.
All RTO must be known at time of submissions. No RTO requests submitted after an offer is made will be considered.
Must park in employee parking (yellow-lined parking spots).
Unit Details:
Patient population includes ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, postoperative craniotomy, seizures, encephalopathy, and neurologic tumors.
Equipment includes Alaris pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, EV1000, and Neuroptics pupillometer.
Shift & Scheduling:
An every-other-weekend commitment is required.
Floating Requirements:
Floating to other inpatient areas is required when the home unit is low census.
