- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Unit Details:
- Top procedures include port placement, Y-90, adrenal vein sampling, liver biopsy, abdominal biopsy, deep bone biopsy, G-tube placement, CVC placement/removal/replacement, PCN placement, and IVC filter placement/removal.
- Performs radiologic procedures including vascular procedures, biopsies, MRI scans, and Y-90; cares for cancer patients.
- Common medications include sedation medications such as Versed, fentanyl, Dilaudid, and antibiotics.
