Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Venipuncture, catheterization, wound care, and/or parenteral therapy preferred.

Required Credentials: Valid driver's license, appropriate auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Unit Details: Provides skilled nursing, admissions, and case management for patients in their residence and at the inpatient Hospice Center. Coordinates continuity of care, patient/family teaching, and interdisciplinary care planning. Oversees care provided by home health/hospice aides and CNAs. OASIS documentation required.

Shift & Scheduling: Schedule varies; typical in-home RN schedule is Mon-Fri with on-call rotation. Holidays as required.
