Unit Details
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Peripheral and coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Shift & Scheduling
Rotating 4x10 day shifts (0700-1730 & 0930-2000), but varies as procedures are completed. All team members rotate shifts, grouped by week rather than day to day for consistency.
Call required: one weekend (Friday, Sat, Sun) per month and one weekday call shift every week. Call requirements may change based on staffing needs.
Special Requests
All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs.
Any candidate that has 7+ days and/or includes holiday RTO will have to be submitted to the facility for approval and can delay the process.
During hurricane season (June through November; peak August-September), travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams. If unavailable for emergency response duties, please do not confirm new assignments or extensions during this period.
If your start date is within 90 days, you must complete all labs within 72 hours of signing an offer with MUSC.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
