Required Skills/Experience:
- Must scrub cardiac and/or vascular cases as priority.
- Must have experience with either cardiac or endovascular procedures, as well as robotic thoracic.
- Valve replacement experience required.
Special Requests:
- Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for six months to be considered if previously employed there as travel, permanent, or per diem staff.
Unit Details:
- Cardiac surgery, cardiac transplant surgery, open vascular/endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics, and general surgery.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Primary schedule 6:45a – 5:15p; 7:30a – 6:00p on Wednesday; rotates to 9-7:30p.
- One weekend per month.
- Call Friday 7pm - 7am Monday with 30-minute response time when on call.
- One 2-hour CVI short call shift once a week, 515p-715p or 6-8p (Wednesday).
- CVI call one night a week, 7:00p or 7:30p – 6:45a/7a.
- Eligible to work any holidays while on contract.
- 72 hours biweekly, not including any on-call time worked.
