Travel Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Required Skills/Experience:
1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Special Requests:
Current or previous employees must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a $500 fee.

Unit Details:
Common diagnoses and patient types include CHF, dementia, ostomy, catheter, depression, anxiety, diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, hemiparesis secondary to CVA, Alzheimer's disease, pain, constipation, muscle weakness, atrial fibrillation, GERD, and edema.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Shift may be 8s or 12s.
No call.
