Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Required Skills/Experience:
Strong overall operating room experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with ortho, including total joints, scopes, fractures, and podiatry, preferred.
Scrubbing experience is helpful but not required.

Special Requests:
Former employees must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Former Marshfield employees must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

Unit Details:
The assignment is in an ambulatory surgery OR setting.
The OR averages 40-50 cases per day.
Common cases include ortho, GGU, ENT, and ophthalmology.

Shift & Scheduling:
The client's 2-week pay period includes 4 8-hour days one week (32 hours minimum) and 5 the next (40 hours minimum).
No call or weekend shifts.
Modified self-scheduling allows staff to pick preferred late days and a preferred day off if under 1.0 FTE.
Shift times include 0645-1515 and 0900-1730; late shifts are scheduled on average x2/week.

Floating Requirements:
Staff may float to the on-campus Inpatient OR as needed.
