Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Special Requests: In addition to a valid driver’s license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months). Any document other than those listed below will NOT be accepted: • Cell Phone Bill • Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, or Wi-Fi • Mortgage Statement or Lease Agreement
Required Skills/Experience: Current critical care and telemetry experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Required Credentials: EKG course/telemetry test required.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Cardiac drips. All disease processes; 4 room vent/trach long term vents; cath lab patients; amputees.
Shift & Scheduling: No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Will float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities.
