Travel Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit

Preferred Credentials:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Shift & Scheduling:
On-call is required.

Unit Details:
This is a high-acuity stepdown unit.
Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric.
Surgical patients are cared for across the continuum of care, with care individualized to the procedure and type of anesthesia.
The role includes assessing patient reaction and understanding of procedures and instructions, as well as preoperative and postoperative assessment and education.
The role supports timely completion of pre-admission testing and evaluates pre-admission testing orders for appropriateness and potential omissions based on the proposed surgery, patient age, and current health.

Floating is as needed.
