Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Unit Details: Treats patients who have undergone surgery, suffered an injury, are recovering from serious illness, or are coping with a chronic condition. Uses a multidisciplinary approach with exercise and strength training, manual therapy, and modalities to develop individualized treatment plans. Care begins with a physician's prescription and a comprehensive evaluation; therapists work one-on-one following a specific plan of care. Works with outpatient, inpatient, and LTC patients, primarily inpatient.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Weekend rotation required. No call.
