You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience with scrub and circulating required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
- Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details:
- Adult and geriatric patient population.
- Cares for patients with coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation, myocarditis, aortic stenosis, mitral valve prolapse, tricuspid valve regurgitation, heart failure, pulmonary failure, aortic aneurysm repair, and cardiac tumor.
- Procedures/cases include CABG, valve replacement/repair, ECMO insertion/decannulation, left atrial appendage clipping, ascending aortic aneurysm repair/replacement with graft, and Impella 5.5 insertion/removal.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri.
- Call split amongst CV staff, approximately 14 per month, which includes weekend call.
Floating Requirements:
- Floating required to Vascular and General.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
