Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Must have prior recent CA Dignity experience or they will not be considered.
  • Both discharge planning and UM are required.
  • Dealing with all payers, uninsured, homeless. Completing initial assessments, IQ, DC planning, Cerner.
  • All areas of the hospital, no OP and no Home Care.
  • We will train candidates in IQ.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • EMR: InterQual.

Shift & Scheduling:

  • Weekend requirement every other depending on staffing. Would be at least one full weekend per month.
  • Holidays not required, but will work if they are willing.

Floating Requirements:

  • First to float.

Special Requests:

  • An interview may not be available prior to offer.
  • Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
  • References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
  • Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
