Special Requests:
- Former UPH employees, whether FTE or PRN in the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another market if they currently work at or have worked at any UPH facility within the past 12 months. If their prior UPH work was in a travel role rather than FTE or PRN, this separation policy does not apply.
- Limit of 1 day off request between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27 for all travelers.
Unit Details:
- Patient types and cases include CHF, ablation, angiogram, TCAR, EVAR, DKA, stroke, pacemaker and sepsis.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
- Every other weekend and holiday.
- Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
- No call.
Floating Requirements:
- Required to float to the ED and all inpatient areas.
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
