Required Credentials:
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree (ASN).
Unit Details:
The unit has mixed acuity, with educators on site.
RNs must read telemetry and perform minimal titration.
The case mix includes sepsis, acute kidney injury, atrial fibrillation, and general surgery.
Clinical skills and equipment include IVs, peritoneal dialysis, tracheostomy care, CPAP, wound VACs, PCA, feeding tubes, and central line care.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.
