Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Electrophysiology experience required.

Required Credentials: Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or acceptable equivalent accepted.

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional preferred credentials include RCES, RCS, ARRT (R, CI, CV, VI), RDMS (AB, OB/GYN), RDCS (AE), or RVT.

Unit Details: Supports cardiac catheterization procedures with lab preparation, fluoro imaging, digital image acquisition, hemodynamic measurements and documentation, and ECG recognition. Scrubs procedures, performs access site management, and serves as the radiation safety representative during X-ray use. Uses cath lab equipment including X-ray, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), intracardiac echo (ICE), contrast injector, hemodynamic system, intra-aortic balloon pump, rotational atherectomy, thrombectomy, and left ventricular assist devices.
