Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Critical care training
- 2 years CVICU or CVRU experience. surgical heart care
Preferred Credentials:
- Certification in critical care, cardiac surgery, or recovery room care
Special Requests:
- Unit performs IABP, Impella, hemodynamics, frequent ambulation of patients, pulling chest tubes and pacer wires, LVAD care (supported by team), and intubation/extubation. Uses GE monitors and a Cerner EMR.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend.
- Extra days off in contract please.
Floating Requirements:
- Float to all ICUs and stepdown.
- Where needed to other units also.
