Required Credentials: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply.
Preferred Skills/Experience: BMT experience preferred. Inpatient/outpatient oncology experience preferred. Hematology oncology experience preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Cares for patients with myeloma, leukemia, lymphoma, non-malignant hematology conditions, and hemophilia. Stem cell transplant, chemotherapy/immunotherapy, central line care, heavy blood transfusion demands, LD chemo, post-allo transplant, and CAR T therapy. Patient ratios: 1:6 days, 1:5 weekends.
Shift & Scheduling: 10 hour days (2-3 weekend shifts per 4 week scheduling period).
Floating Requirements: Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.
