Travel Allied (MRI Technologist) - MRI

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: 5-7 years experience; manager Craig Wolfe approved 2 years (11/14/2025).

Special Requests: Can only apply to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system. Previous permanent staff must be separated for 2 years before returning. Previous travelers who worked there for 1 full year must be separated for 2 years before returning.

Unit Details: Performs MRI procedures for adult and pediatric patients, prepares and screens patients and objects for magnet safety, and works independently without constant supervision. Uses Philips Ingenia 1.5, Med Rad Spectris Solaris Injector, Omnicell, and Fuji PACS. May work alone at times.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri.
