Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
Fall/risk assessment is required.
Billing is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Acute disorder experience is preferred.
Chronic disorder experience is preferred.
Shift & Scheduling:
Tuesday through Saturday (5x8s) or Wednesday through Saturday (4x10s) would be considered.
Unit Details:
Supports inpatient units.
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Patients are served across Medical/Surgical Intensive Care, Orthopedics, Surgical/Oncology, Pulmonary, Inpatient Rehab Unit, and Cardiac Stroke units.
Evaluations and treatment are provided to plan for transition to the next level of care.
Floating Requirements:
Floats to various medical units.
