Required Credentials:
Nicotine-free facility; negative drug test including nicotine required, with no exceptions.
Special Requests:
Missed shifts must be made up.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every third weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun).
Must work one holiday rotation based on need.
No call.
