• IV therapy, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Respiratory/Thoracic, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Medications, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Neurological, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drain (EVD), ICP monitoring, Lumbar drains, Post Craniotomy, Post Neurosurgery management, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Professional Topics and Skills, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Phlebotomy, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Endocrine/Metabolic, IV insulin protocols, Work Settings, Neuro Intensive Care Unit

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials:

• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

• Government issued photo ID.

• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

CXS Permit Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages 24/7 access to Buckeye (CX) and West Campus surface lots $31.42/month

Shift & Scheduling:

• Day/Night rotation, every other weekend. Rotation every 4 weeks. This is estimated based on unit needs. The manager will provide final clarification during the interview.

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
