Preferred Skills/Experience: Home health or case management experience preferred.

Special Requests: The facility may make one-off exceptions for previous employees, but a written request is required to apply.

Unit Details: Supports patients and family members through the final stages of illness. Inpatient hospice setting providing symptom management, respite care, and room and board. Services include skilled nursing care, pain and symptom management, medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained hospice volunteers, bereavement support, and medication and equipment as appropriate.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends. Holidays as required.
