Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of home health experience required. First-time travelers accepted if they have home health experience. Experience with above patient types, disease teaching, geriatric/adult patients, chronic disease management, maintenance notes, gait speed, and use of gait belt required.
Required Credentials: Driver's license and proof of insurance required.
Special Requests: Holiday work is allowed if desired. RTO requests require manager approval.
Unit Details: Home health services across York and Lancaster counties. Approximately 6 total points per day, no less than 30 points per week. Adults only. Common diagnoses/care needs include chronic diseases, wound care, IV, Pleurx, wound vac, post-stroke, post-rehab, and post-joint replacements for hip, knee, and shoulder. Uses Samsung Note 9 phones and a laptop.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends, unless posted as a weekend-only position (Fri/Sat/Sun). No call.
Floating Requirements: This branch sees York and Lancaster counties (South Carolina); could be asked to float into Union or Mecklenburg County but not likely.
