Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Ventilator set-up.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 2 years of experience preferred.
Required Credentials:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.
Special Requests:
- Failed fit tests due to facial hair and inability to shave automatically disqualify the clinician from proceeding.
Unit Details:
- Provides respiratory care therapy and supportive equipment for hospital patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies.
- Intubation assistance.
- Patient-specific disease education, testing, and consultation with other health care professionals.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.
- Weekend and holiday requirements are as needed.
- No on-call requirement.
