Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Required Skills/Experience: LTC or SNF experience required. New grads are okay with Level II experience; Level I observation experience alone is not accepted.
Unit Details: Provides rehabilitative treatment under Physical Therapist supervision, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive/assistive devices.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri schedule with flexible 8-hour day shifts; times must be consistent and communicated with the DOR. Start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM. 35 hours per week. No weekends unless a holiday falls within Mon-Fri, then hours can be made up on the weekend. No call.
