Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in home health
• Proficiency with OASIS required.
• Working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines required.
• One year acute nursing care.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
• Hospital based preferred.
• Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.

Required Credentials:

• Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS

Unit Details:

• Provides, teaches, supervises, and documents nursing care of sick and injured patients at home; promotes, maintains, or restores health to prevent illness and effect rehabilitation; collaborates with healthcare providers, professionals, and community representatives to coordinate care at home; evaluates the individual's and family's response to interventions.

Shift & Scheduling:

• No weekends.
• Holiday coverage if required.
• No on-call.
• Must be flexible regarding work hours.

Preferred Credentials:

• Infusion Therapy Certification
