Required Skills/Experience:
2 years' current experience in Pediatric ICU.
At least 1 travel assignment is required.
Preferred Credentials:
Trauma course preferred.
Unit Details:
Patient population ranges from newborns to age 21.
Medical diagnoses include respiratory failure, metabolic disorders, seizure disorders, multiorgan failure, shock, and toxic ingestions; care also includes ECMO and ventricular assist devices.
Surgeries include extensive general, cardiac, thoracic, transplant, orthopedic, and neurologic procedures.
Continuous infusions and intermittent medications include narcotics, vasopressors, diuretics, and PN/IL, with IVP, PCAs, PO, and GT/JT administration.
Shift & Scheduling:
Rotating 7A/7P shifts.
