Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Comfort with patients from birth through 18 years of age and pediatric/PICU experience preferred.
Special Requests:
RTO blackout dates: 11/25-11/27, 12/23-12/26, 12/30-1/2.
No RTO is approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.
Shift & Scheduling:
Total RTO is limited to 4 days or less.
Weekend requirements are based on the staffing needs of the unit.
No call.
Must be available to work 2 of the 3 holidays.
Floating Requirements:
Float assignments include Peds Med/Surg and PICU.
The client may float or reassign the clinician to other areas of practice within the clinician's clinical competence, within thirty-five (35) miles of the originally assigned facility, to fulfill scheduled hours, unless otherwise agreed in the individual assignment confirmation.
