Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have outpatient experience. Should have strong general experience, including some post-op, sports injury, geriatrics.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer both outpatient and inpatient experience
Unit/Facility Details: PT needed for multi-modality position (home health, outpatient, acute).
Shift & Scheduling: Shift is Monday to Friday, days, preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10.
Floating Requirements: Will work at area facilities (all within 60 mile radius, including home health visits).
