Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit

Additional Details:

RNs Only: Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have telemetry experience. Previous Float experience

• Chest tubes

• Tubes

• Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone

• Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients

• Trachs/Laryngectomies

• Telemetry

• Complex wounds

• Central Lines – care and maintenance and blood draws

Unit/Facility Details: The MedSurg Staffing Resource Team (SRT) will float between all MedSurg units as needed. Travelers will be working ED and PACU borders. In addition, Deceased Patient Coordinator (DPC) coverage may be required.
